Ayy thats some smooth dnb! Nice work

Synfang responds:

Eh, I think the ending kinda screwed it up, looking back, but thanks anyway.

Goodbye...

Jokes aside this is incredible, im a sucker for drumstep

"Could you imaging turning "Inside Every Demon Is A Rainbow" into a progressive house song?" HA! no. But i do think you could make an electro-swing song out of allistors reprise near the end and alspo extend it
I dare you to do it

Synfang responds:

Electro swing... NGL, I've wanted to make an electro swing song for a while, but never actually did it, mostly due to lack of good sax sounds.

Really love the musical storytelling in this one! My favorite part of this is that, even though there is a set-in-stone story in the description, it can be interpreted in multiple different ways. The melody really does the concept justice IMO, it's so nice and progressive (not too unexpected coming from you XD), and I think the chiptune elements compliment it well. The drums are nice and soft which makes sense for this tune (though maybe a bit more clarity near the climactic moments would have been nice), and overall this song is just a really nice little musical story! Great job, probably one of my favs of yours beside The View From Here. I look forward to more pixely stories from you in the future :D

ChronoNomad responds:

Ayyy, it's my boy Ackee39! Long time no see, mate. Thanks a bunch for dropping this sweet review on me, out of a clear blue sky no less. ^__^

Musical storytelling is a whole lot of fun, and while there's always some kind of theme in the back of my mind when I'm composing, these video game-inspired tracks always remind me of growing up playing the classics. To hear that this is one of your favorites, alongside The View From Here, is quite the compliment! Thanks for the smile, man. I hope to regale you with much more old school goodness in the future.

Better than the original,
though, im beyond confused as to why you improved sound design of anything but didnt EQ the eccessive low end in the song, or balance the low end or smth.

Overall pretty good. I can tell the mixing is way better, even tho the unbalanced basses make it sound cheap :/

Really like this Nerofunk thingelybingelydingelydongelybongelytrongelypongelyvongelywongelybong

Woah dude, this is incredible! I always loved your work but this feels like such a step up! I also love the lil dnb switchup at the end. You have not dissapointed, great job!

Also, heard about the whole impersonating thing... are they still selling your music or have you taken them down yet?

Schtiffles responds:

Appreciate that. Yeah it's been handled, I did official releases on all the platforms they impersonated me on, then claimed their uploads and had them removed.

Very nice track, 2:00 on is where it really clicked with me. Also, i respect you for putting more effort in a song bio than i put in all of my schoolwork :P

Very nice! The second half especially is done rlly well.

Very nice melody and structuring, and how the song changes moods a lot. Only thing is this is not remotely drum and bass

rherdalaezian responds:

Thanks!
I have no idea about genres but i looked up what genre is 170bpm(it seems slow but it is) and dnb is in that area

ackee39 is a producer who talks about himself in the third person, how pretentious!
